Who we are

Santa Clara Artificial Turf is a project-request website for artificial turf work in Santa Clara and nearby cities. We review quote requests and connect them with an independent installer serving the requester's area. That installer, not this website, provides estimates and performs work.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, city, project type, approximate square footage, timeline, and message, plus your consent to be contacted.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How it's used and shared

• To respond to your request and arrange an estimate.
• Shared with the independent installer we connect you with, so they can contact you about your project.
• Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party form service, FormSubmit, which processes the data to deliver it.

We don't sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers, and we don't use it to send you unrelated marketing.

Retention

We keep request details only as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, submit the contact form and write "Privacy request" in the message.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning property projects and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
