Turf repair and refresh for lawns that have lost their look
Most aging turf doesn't need to be replaced. Seams, edges, infill, and drainage problems can often be repaired, and a deep clean and power brush can bring a flat, tired lawn back.
Common problems and their usual fixes
Repair or replace?
Repair is usually worth it when the turf itself is still in decent shape and the problem is local: one seam, one edge, one low spot. Replacement starts to make more sense when fibers are brittle or bald across large areas, or when the base was never built properly and problems keep appearing everywhere.
A note on patching
Patches blend best with the same product and the same fiber direction. Turf fades slightly over time, so even a well-matched patch can look a shade different at first. Keep any leftover pieces from your original install. They're the best patch material you'll find.
